A:Yes, For our factory to produce conventional white light products, we will provide 2pcs.The sample cost of other custom designed products will be deducted from the customer's subsequent orders.

A:Clients provide us with pictures of the failed products or the samples rejected And give a test report., our engineers of after sale team will analyze the failure reasons. If the failure was caused by Learnew, we will compensate with qualified replacement as fast as we could!
